Signature Impressions Gift Baskets
At Signature Impressions, we take pride in carefully curating and packaging our gift baskets. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, except under the specific circumstances outlined below.
1. Timeframes for Communication
To be considered for any return or refund:
- All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review
- Proof and documentation must be provided within the requested timeframe to avoid claim denial
2. Damaged Items Upon Receipt
If your gift basket arrives with items that are completely damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Proof of damage is required and must include clear photos and/or video of:
- The damaged items
- Original packaging
- Documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

All refund determinations are made after review of the submitted evidence.
3. Returns for Full Refund (Untampered Items Only)
A full refund may be issued if all of the following conditions are met:
- All items are returned
- Items are unused, untampered, and undamaged
- Items are returned in the same condition in which they were received
- The return is received within 7 days of delivery
Shipping fees are non‑refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping‑Related Damage (Carrier Responsibility)
If damage occurs during shipping, the issue must first be addressed with the shipping carrier.
- A proof of claim with the carrier and supporting evidence are required
- If the carrier cannot fully compensate for the damaged items, we are willing to discuss a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price
Please note:
- Partial refunds under these circumstances are not guaranteed
- All sales remain final unless otherwise approved at our discretion
5. Product Descriptions & Variations
We make every effort to provide detailed and accurate descriptions of all items included in our gift bundles prior to delivery.
- Minor variations in packaging, color, or presentation may occur
- These variations do not qualify for a return or refund
6. Perishable Items Disclaimer
Gift baskets may include perishable or consumable items, including but not limited to food, beverages, candles, or skincare products.
- Perishable items are non‑returnable once opened or used
- Proper storage and handling upon delivery is the responsibility of the recipient
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Responsibility
All food items included in our gift baskets are listed with full detail and description.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review product details and inquire about ingredients
- Customers must notify us prior to purchase of any food allergies or request special accommodations
- Signature Impressions is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, illness, or adverse effects resulting from consumed items
8. Customized or Personalized Items
Customized or personalized items are final sale and non‑refundable, unless received in a completely damaged condition as outlined above.
9. Force Majeure
Signature Impressions is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Carrier disruptions or strikes
- Acts of God
- Government actions or emergencies
10. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be:
- Issued to the original form of payment only
- Processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval
- Subject to processing times determined by the payment provider
11. Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Refused, unclaimed, or delayed deliveries
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Carrier delays
- Items marked as final sale
